The process
What to expect, step by step
- 01
Submit an application
Complete the Application for Enrolment form and return it to the College office with the non-refundable application fee. A separate form is required for each child.

Provide supporting documents
Attach the birth certificate, immunisation history statement, most recent school reports, any NAPLAN results, and reports relating to additional learning needs or medical conditions.
- 03
Attend an interview
Shortlisted families meet the Headmaster or a senior staff member. Kindergarten applicants take part in a short school-readiness activity.
- 04
Receive the outcome
Families are advised in writing. Where a year group is full, your child's application is held on the waiting list and you are contacted if a place becomes available.
- 05
Accept the place
Return the signed enrolment agreement with the enrolment fee by the date in your letter of offer to confirm your child's place.

Places at Al Zahra Kingdom (ages 3–5) are managed through our online waitlist, separately from school enrolment.

Until further notice the College is only able to offer new places in Kindergarten. Applications for other year groups are welcome and held on the waiting list.
