What shapes our Secondary School
One continuous IB pathway
Students move from the PYP into the MYP and on to the DP without changing schools or frameworks, so skills in inquiry, research and reflection compound year on year.
Faith at the centre
Arabic, Islamic Studies and Qur'an sit alongside the academic programme, and daily prayer is part of the rhythm of the school day.
Small cohorts, known students
Class sizes allow teachers to track each student closely and adjust support, extension and pastoral care to the individual.
University-ready graduates
The Diploma is recognised by universities across Australia and internationally, with ATAR conversion through UAC.
The Diploma replaces the HSC from 2026
From 2026 Al Zahra College offers the IB Diploma Programme in place of the HSC. Families can read the full note from the Headmaster explaining the change and what it means for senior students.
